She is also the founder and Director of Sofia Navigation Cruises Pvt.Ltd.Extremely determined with all the ventures she has established. She has many accolades to her name and is the driving force of the company.
Raina Ahmed
Director
Is a social extrovert and talkative person who has specialised in International Hospitality Hotel Management from a renowned university in Switzerland. She has done a few management training and jobs in various hotels across the world including the Ritz Carlton Abama Tenerife, Spain. Currently, she is one of the Directors of Sofia Navigation Cruises Pvt.Ltd and handles the overall boat operations and guest management of the company.
Anutpal Bhattacharrya
General Manager
Is a polite and helpful person and an intellectual. He is a B.Sc. and MBA graduate. He is currently working as the General Manager. He is responsible for general administration, budget control/expense optimization, evaluating and overseeing recruitment processes.
Pranjal Pathak
Logistics and Revenue Executive
Is a joyful and mindful person.His critical observations help in bringing out the best for the company. He has a background in English honours and a Diploma in PG and advertisement. A certified medical transcriptionist, he is also a gold medalist in Astrology! Currently working as the Logistic and Revenue Executive, his role includes management of assets such as facilities and equipment, including planning for repairs and replacements, implementing revenue management for the company.
Avanti Zorempuii Bhuyan
PR and Compliance Executive
Is a cheerful and proactive person. She has a background in Arts and Law. She is currently working as our PR and Compliance Executive. She oversees the overall bookings and handles communication with the media. She is responsible for ensuring that the company complies with rules and regulations laid out by the authorities.

Manager - Operations / Floor
Is an expressive and positive person who easily gets along with people. He has good self confidence and great time management skills. He comes from an Arts background with a double masters degree in English. He is currently working as a Manager-Operations/ Floor. Overall take cares of all the inventories and operations in regards to our company and cruise.
Ankita Ghosh
Manager - Social Media
is a joyful, talkative person who is truly committed to her chosen field. Likewise, if any assignment is provided she puts all of her focus and hard work into completing it to perfection. She has a background in the arts and graduated with a degree in English literature. She has a diploma and has specialized in social media and digital marketing. She holds the position of Social Media Manager . and currently oversees social media promotions and overall digital marketing for the company.
Neha Borah
Manager - Guest relations/event
She is a polite and a thoughtful, compassionate individual with an optimistic attitude who is dedicated in her job and the responsibilities given to her. She is willing to learn new things. She comes from an art background and studied political science for her undergraduate degree before specializing in MSW Human Resource Management for her master's degree. Nonetheless, she currently working toward her Ph.D. in social work. She holds the position as the guest relations/event manager for the company She will also be in charge of managing all guest reservations and phone calls in addition to organizing events on our boat.
